Minutes of the regular meeting of the Pulaski Town Council,
held June 15, 1971, at 7:30 P. M. in the Municipal Building.
There were present: Mayor C. Robert Eddns, presiding.
Councilmen: J. L. Con.grove, Raymond F. Ratcliff,
J. H. White, Mason A. Vaughan
Also present: Town Manager: J. E. Marshall
Clerk: Gladys R. Dalton
Visitors: J. R. Schrader, Southwest Times reporter
Bob Bunts
Mrs. O. M. Duncan
W. F. Thomas, Jr.
Billy Jackson
J. B. Warner
The invocation was given by Councilman Vaughan.
The meeting was called to order and Mayor Edens advised that

as there were only four Councilmen present, which did not constitute
FOR LACK OF
a quorum, the meeting was recessed to Monday, June 21, 1971, at
QUORUM
7:30 P. M. in the Municipal Building, at which'' time the items
carried on the agenda for June 15th would be considered by Council.
The meeting closed at 7:40 P. M.
