Minutes of a special meeting of the Pulaski Town
Council, held on Thursday, December 1, 1960, at 1:30 T'. M.
in the Town office.
There were present: Mayor C. V, Jackson, presiding.
Councilman: Glen K. Aust, W. S. Cummings, J. ZIT. Nash,
T. J. McCarthy, Claude B. Gallimore,
F. L. Carrico
Absent: Fugene L. Nuckol_s and Bi17y B. Flint
Also present: Tot~rn Manager: T. B. Ploland
Clerk: Gladys R. Dalton
Special Attorney: A. M. Harman, Jr.
Mayor Jackscn advised. that the special. meeting had been
called to discuss further the problem which had arisen in connection
w~.th the storm sewer system on the F.outP 99 ?'roject and in the
vicinity of Union Avenue and Third "treet, N, r.
On motion of T . J . McC arthy, seconded by ?°T. S .
Cummings, and carried on the folloTnri_ng vote, it was
