Minutes of a special meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Pulaski, Virginia, held on the 9th day of November, 19571
at 9 a. m., in the Courtroom of the Pulaski County Circuit Court
There were present: Mayor C. V. Jackson,
Councilmen: W. A. Larson, A. E. Lemons, J. R. Martin,,
W. H. Wysor, F. L. Carrico, I. R. Carper
Also present: Town Manager: T. B. Noland
Clerk Gladys R. Dalton i
Town Attorney; Garnett S. Moore
Town Engineer: R. Lloyd Mathews
Council met to hear the decision of the three Judges on1,
Annexation, and stayed in the Courtroom during the proceedings.
No action was necessary by Council, and on coanpletion of the
proceedings, the meeting was ad3ourned.
