Minutes of a special meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Pulaski, Virginia, held on the 4th day of December, 1957, at
5 p. m., in the municipal office.
There were present: Mayor C. V. Jackson, presiding.
Councilmen: J. R. Martin, W. A. Larson, I. R. CArper,
F. L. Carrico, W. S. Cummings
Also present: Town Manager: T. B. Noland
Clerk: Gladys R. Dalton
Visitors: Dan Rooker of the Southwest Times.
Mayor Jackson stated the meeting had been called to hear the
report of the Baseball Committee who had met with Mr. Imboden and Dick'
Miller. Councilman Carper, Chairman of the Committee, stated that it

established for the baseball sponsors for next summer, based on a
maximum of thirty-three (33~ home games.

On motion of W. A. Larson, seconded by J. R. Martin, it
was unanimously
RESOLVED, that Council accept the agreement as worked out
by the Committee with Mr. Imboden and Dick Miller as outlined by
Councilman Carper.
The meeting adjourned at 5:30 p. m.
