May 16, 1958, 4 p. m.
Minutes of a special meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Pulaski, held on the 16th day of May, 1958, at 2 p. m., in
the municipal office.
There were present: Mayor C. V. Jackson, presiding.
Councilmen: W. A. Larson, J
Cummings, I. R.
Also Present: Town Manager:

Mayor Jackson explained that the meeting had been called
as a result of a telephone call from the State Auditor which indicat~,d
the.:need of getting in to the mail that day the Townes wording of the
i nformation about the Town which is to be included in the Bond Issue
Notice of Sale.
There was a full discussion of the suggested wording
CALLED MEETING which had been submitted to Council by the ToV,m 2fanager and
TO REVISE WORDING
OF TEXT TO BE numerous changes in the text were agreed upon, whereupon, motion
INCLUDED IN BOND
ISSUE NOTICE OF was made, seconded and carried on the unanimous vote of those
SALE
present, that the revised information be forwarded immediately
to the State Auditor, who serves as Secretary of the Commission on
Local Debt, which Commission is handling the sale of the Water and
Sewer Bond Issues.
There being no other business, the meeting was ad-
journed.
