John ~~oyd The meeting was called to order by i=ayor Jackson and the invocation was given by the Rev. Jonas noyd of .~raper's 'Ja11ey Presbyterz.an Church. Minutes of the regular meeting of June 3r°d, 1958 were ap~,roved. There was a iengtrry discussion of the possiuie amendment to Article 13 of the Zoning Grdinance, which article has to do with non-conforming uses.
