COUNCIL MINUTES Pulaski, Va., 1:00 p.m. Aug. 16, 1g56
At a special called meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Pulaski, held in the Municipal Offices at 1 p.m. on Rugust 16,
1956, the following Councilmen met with the Mayor, the Town Attorney,
H. C. Jackson and Lloyd Mathews, Engineer, for the purpose of
viewing the new corporate limit boundary line in connection with
annexation.

I. R. Carper
On motion du1,y made by J. Ralph Martin, seconded by W. A.
Larson, it was unanimously
RESOLVE, that the Town Attorney for the Town be authorized
to employ the firm of Reed, Hoyt, Taylor & Washburn, Bonding
Attorneys, 52 Wall Street, New York City, New York, for the
purpose of representing the Town in the proposed Bond Issue and
that the estimated fee is $1,200.00.
