Minutes of a special meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia, held on the 8th day of
February, 1957, in the Municipal office.
There were present: Mayor C. V. Jackson, presiding.
Councilmen: W. S. Cummings, F. L. Carrico, J.R.
Martini W. H. Wysor, ~. R. Carper
W. A. Larson
Also present: Town Manager: T. B. Noland
Clerk: Audrey E. Kingrea
Town Attorney: Garnett S. Moore
Director of Public Works: H. C. Jackson
Town Engineer: R. L. Mathews
Visitors: Evelyn S. Nall, Reporter.
Mayor Jackson stated this meeting was called to
consider annexation and related matters which were briefly
discussed at the last regular council meeting.
The matter of increasing revenue was discussed
at some length but no action was taken.
The meeting adjourned at 6 p. m.
