Marshall, it was unanimously - RESOLVED, that the Town Treasurers s list of erroneous ass esa- ments for the year 1952 taxes be submitted to the Commissioner of Revenue for further verification and upon the certification of the Co~nissionsr of Revenue, these tickets shall be corrected accord- ingly, and the Treasurer be relieved of the responsibility of collecting same - - - The Town Treasurer submitted a rev~.sed list of- delinquent taxes for the year 1951, showing- the remaining unpaid; as of June 30, 1953. - - -- - On motion duly made by J. Larson, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the Town Treasurers s list of erroneous assessments for the year 1950 (supplement to June 30, 1951 list) taxes be submitted to the Commissioner of Revenue for further verification, and upon certification of the Commissioner of Revenue, thes® tickets shall be corrected aecordin gly, and the Treasurer be relieved oP the responsi- bility of collecting same. The Town Manager and Dir actor of Public Works report®d to the Council on the status of the Town water supply and advised that the Hogants 'Dam level was 48° below the spillway and that plans were b®ing readied for the possible use of Warden's Springs. The Council discussed the considerable use of the town water system particularly in refer®nce to non-essential purposes such as watering lawns and gar dens, etc., and instructed the Town Manager and Director of Public Works to closely watch the supply and advise the Council should restrictive measures become nec®ssary.
