The Minutes of the special meeting held June 26, 153, the special meeting held July 30, 1953 and the regular meetir~ held' August 4, 1953 were read and approved. Ray Woodyard stated that, due to certain I.C.C. re~trie- bons, he had been required to discontinue the delivery of co~.l from trunks within the town limits, and requested permission o ~, op®rate a business just outside the corporate limits under t liQense tan rate applicable to coal businesses within the to. White, seconded by I.. Carper, it was unanimously ~ RESOLVED, that Howard C. Craw®11, it was unanimously AppRpp RESOLVED, that an appropriation of $111.00 be 9477 Janitors made from the General Funds t© the Account 977 for - pay- ment of janitors services at the Monticello Club as presented by a bill from the Y.M.C.A. at the April 9, 1953 meeting, but for which payment had not been made through oversight. On motion duly made by W. F. Rhite, seconded by I.R.
