Santa Cruz that an east-west alley between 2nd Street, N.W.
and ~d Street, N. ~. off of Randolph Avenue to the Pulaski
High School be opened be referred to the Town Attorney for
investigation and report at the next Council meeting.

approximately ninety feet of 42 in. culvert behind Calfee
Park be denied.

(TRASH ORDINANCE
(COMPLIANCE
RESOLVID, that the Superintendent of Public
Works notify those merchants and business establishment
owners not complying with the recently enacted Trash
Ordinance that their premises must be cleaned up and all
requirements met by Alu..gust 19, 1951.
SAFEVI~AY CAB- The Chief of Police was directed to notify the

Safeway Cab Company on North_Jefferson Avenue _tklat no left
turns would be permitted, in accordance with previous action
of the Council, and that strict compliance with~Couneil~s
ruling is expected.

DOG A~ letter from Mr. T. E. Tabor, Chairman of
NUISANCE
the Pulaski County Board of Supervisdrs was read, stating
he had requested the Pulaski County Game Warden to make a
thorough check on dogs in the Town to determine the
