Town of Pulaski, Vir ginia was held in the Municipal Building
at 12:34 p.m., August 15, 1951.
PRESENT There were present:
Mayor H. R. Imboden, presiding
Councilmen: I.R,Carper, 0. 0. Crowell,
E.T.Painter,~,D.Macgill,Jr.,
G."°H.S'teger, ~P.F.White,T.F.Wirt.
Absent: J. R. Martin.

EXHIBIT
The purpose of the meeting was stated to be
to consider request of the Junior Chamber of Commerce for use
of parking space on Main Street without paying meter for use
of a trailer exhibit of snakes, for which donations will be
received and the Jaycees will collect 25~ for sponsoring
show,
On motion duly made by 0. 0. Crowell, seconded
by W. F. White, it was unanimously
RESOLVED, that permission be given the Junior
Chamber of Commerce, sponsors of a traveling snake exhibit,

to use the necessary parking meter spaces on Main Street
near the Appalachian Electric Power Company office, without
paying meters for August 16, 17 and 18, provided the trailer
and vehicle occupy the minimum number of meter spaces
required and further, that satisfactory evidence of adequate.
liability insurance covering the exhibit be presented to
the Town Manager.
.ADJOURNMENT The Council was adjourned.
