SPECIAL A. special meeting of the Town Council of the
MEETING
Town of Pulaski,Virginia was held in the Municipal Building
at 2;30 p.m., 3'eptember 8, 1950.
There were- present:
Mayor Howard R. Imboden, presiding
Councilmen: I. R. Carper, 0. 0. Crowell,
J.R. Martin, J.E. Owen, T.F. 1l~irt.

Town Manager: E. A. Beck
A request from the Pulaski County School Board
to use Calfee Park for football practice and home games was
presented to the Council.
On motion duly made by T. F. 11~'irt, seconded
by I. R. Carper, it was unanimously
PUL.CO.SCHOOL RESOLVED, that the request of the gchool Board
BOARD REQUEST
USE OF be approved, and the it be agreed that the school authorities

PARK make suitable-arrangements at the close of the football
season to reseed, and properly prepare the park, so that it
vx~Lll be in the best possible condi tion for the following base-
ball season, it being further understood that the Town will
furnish the rollers and any other available equipment it has
without cost.
ADJOURNMENT The Council adjourned at 2:45 p.m.
