PRESENT There were present: Pdayor E. uN. Galfee, presiding; Lottie R. Bunion, Clerk; x. ter. Ga.~tewood, Director of Public t~+orks, and Councilmen: A. `I. Es$r~dge, L. E.N~hitesell, J. E. Bunts, F. A.Seagle, T. L. James, A. M. Bushong and G. C. Ha11. Absent: T. J. V9allner. a~:INUTES The minutes of the regular meeting held on April 7, 1942 were read and approved. The regular bills and oayrolls for the month of BILLS & P~`_YROLLS April were audited, approved and ordered paid. Said bills are given at the conclusion of these minutes. BUILDING The following building permits, coming within the PEi-~iITS requirements of the ordinance vaere granted: To Geo. S. Bunn, Jr., for one-story ~~bestos shingle dwelling on the north side of First Street, S. F., between Lexington and i~iadison Avenues, to cost X3500.00; Geo. 5. Bunn, Jr., for one- story asbestos shingle dwelling on the east side of Lexington Ave., South, between First St. S.E. and Dara Highway;~.~,~00.00; F. Vt'. Farmer for one-story frame d~rdlling on the east side of Pine Street, S. ~w., to cost X1500.00; Fred !~. Jackson for five (5) one-story frame dwellings on the east side of Franklin Avenue, East Pulaski, betvaeen V~'alnut five. and Pico Terrace, to cost X1500.00 each; Dr. A. ~I. Bushong for new fire proof roof and repairs to dwelling on the west side of Lake Street, to cost x;600.00; L. E.
