RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
citizens of the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various
committees and boards of the Town; and,
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 7th day of October 2008 that the following persons
are appointed to the Industrial Development Authority for the indicated terms expiring on
the dates as follows:
Glenn Baublitz, Jr. for the unexpired portion of the term of Robert A Bopp ending
August 21, 2010.
David Spangler Four (4) Year Term October 7, 2012
Janet Jonas Four (4) Year Term October 7, 2012
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is adopted this 7th day of October 2008
by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
David L. Clark -Aye
Larry G. Clevinger, II -Aye
H.M. Kidd -Aye
