RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH ROBLEY A. JACKSON AND MARTHA L. JACKSON
WHEREAS, the Town Council may authorize the Town Manager to execute
agreements on behalf of the Town as circumstances require,
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 1St day of April 2008, that the Town Council does
hereby authorize the Town Manager to execute the attached "Settlement Agreement
and Release" between Robley A. Jackson and Martha L. Jackson and the Town of
Pulaski, Virginia.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 1St day of April
2008 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
follows:
Jeffrey S. Worrell -Aye Joel B. Burchett, Jr. -Aye
Dan Talbert, Jr. -Aye David L. Clark -Aye
Lane R. Penn -Aye Larry G. Clevinger, II -Aye
