AMENDING THE BUDGET
FOR THE TOWN OF PULASKI, VIRGINIA,
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
JULY 1, 2007 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2008
WHEREAS, after the adoption of the budget for Fiscal Year 2007-2008, it has become
necessary to amend the budget; and
WHEREAS, the original adopted budget figures, amended figures and reasons for the
amendment are listed in Attachment A;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 3`d day of June 2008 that:
Section 1. The proposed budget, as amended, be and hereby is approved as the Budget
for the Town of Pulaski, Virginia for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007 and ending
June 30, 2008, in accordance with Section 15.2-2503, et seq., of the 1950 Code of
Virginia, as amended.
• Section 2. In conjunction with the approval of said budget and capital improvements
program, the following appropriations be and hereby are approved for the fiscal year
(Attachment B).
This resolution is effective upon its adoption, and is hereby adopted this 3~d day of June
2008 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council as follows:
