RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS
TO THE
PULASKI REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY
AND THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
citizens of the Tbwn of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various
committees and boards of the Town; and,
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 2nd day of September 2008 that the following
persons are appointed to the Pulaski Redevelopment and Housing Authority (PRHA) for
the indicated terms expiring on the dates as follows:
James Babb 4 year term September 2, 2012
Doug Burchett 4 year term September 2, 2012
FURTHER, that the following person is hereby appointed to the Industrial Development
Authority for the indicated term expiring on the date as follows:
James Holliday 4 years September 2, 2012
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is adopted this 2nd day of September
2008 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
David L. Clark -Aye
Larry G. Clevinger, 11 -Aye
H.M. Kidd -Aye
