RESOLUTION 2008-35
RESOLUTION ALLOWING EMPLOYEES ONE ADDITIONAL PAID PERSONAL DAY
PER CALENDAR YEAR
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia desires to improve the
benefits offered to employees of the Town; and,
WHEREAS, the addition of a paid personal day was suggested to Town Council as an
additional benefit for the employees of the Town;
NOW THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 9th day of December 2008, that employees of the
Town shall be entitled to one additional paid personal day, in addition to the one
currently allowed under the Town's personnel policy, effective January 1, 2009.
This resolution was adopted on December 9, 2008 by the duly recorded vote of the
Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:

Larry G. Clevinger, II -Aye Robert A. Bopp -Aye
H.M. Kidd -Aye Morgan P. Welker -Aye
