Minutes of the Public Hearing of the Pulaski Town Council held June 15, 1983,
at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building.
There were present: Mayor Raymond F. Ratcliff e, presiding
Councilmembers: John A. Johnston, Pauline G, Mitchell, C. E. Boyd, Jr.
Andrew L, Graham, Jr., Ira S. Crawford, Alma H. Holston,
Glen K. Aust
Absent: Earl D. Cabaniss
Also present: H. R. Coake, Town Manager
Ruth A, Harrell, Clerk
Visitors: Jane Graham of the news media

The invocation was given by Councilman Aust,
Mayor Ratcliffe welcome the citizens and .stated this Public Hearing had
been called in an eff ort to answer their questions regarding Consolidation.
Mayor Ratcliffe furth er stated that questions could be directed to any
Councilmember and if answer was not forthcoming tonight, Council would try to
obtain an answer for them.
As no oral or written questions were asked of Council, at 7:10 p.m.
Councilman Crawf ord made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Councilman Aust, and
carried.
