Minutes of a Special Meeting of the Pulaski Town Council
held November 25, 1980 at 3:30 P. M, in the Council Chambers in the
Municipal Building.
There were present: Mayor Raymond F. Ratcliffe, presiding.
Councilmembers: Andrew L. Graham, Jr., Pauline G. Mitchell,
Robert M. Wallace, C. E. Boyd, Jr.,
John A. Johnston, Alma H. Holston
Absent: James M. Neblett, Jr., Arthur L. Meadows.
Also present: H. R. Coake, Assistant Town Manager
Gladys R. Dalton, Clerk
Garnett S. Moore, Town Attorney
SPECIAL MEETING Visitors: Jane Graham, Southwest Times and Dee Lindsey,
WPUV Radio Station
RE: PEPPERS FRY.
AUTHORITY
The invocation was given by Councilman Graham.
Mayor Ratcliffe called the meeting to order and advised

that the purpose of the meeting wws to discuss a legal matter
concerning the Peppers Ferry Regional Wastewater Treatment facility
and any other business that may legally come bef ore the Council.
WAIVER OF NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
We, the undersigned, duly elected members of the Council of the
Town of Pulaski, Virginia, hereby waive notice of a Special Meeting of
said Council at 3:30 P. M. on the 25th day of November, 1980, for the
purpose of discussing a legal matter concerning the Peppers Ferry Regional
Wastewater Treatment Facility, and any other business that may legally
come before the Council.

At 4:10 P. M. Councilmember Graham moved that Council
EXECUTIVE SESSION
go into Executive Session for a discussion of a legal matter.
Motion was seconded by Councilmember Boyd, and carried.
At 4:20 P. M. Council returned to Regular Session, and
ADJOURNMENT there being no further business to come before the Council,
Council adjourned at 4:21 P. M.
