Minutes of a Special Meeting of the Pulaski Town Council held
December L0, 1980 at 7:00 P. M. in the Pulaski County Administration
Building, in the Town of Pulaski, Virginia.
There were present: Mayor Raympnd F. Ratcliff
Councilmembers: C. E. Boyd, Jr.
Andrew L. Graham, Jr.
Alma H. Holston
John A. Johnston
Pauline G. Mitchell
H. R. Coake, Acting Town Manager
Gladys R. Dalton, Clerk
A Sidney Glower, Pulaski Co. Executive Director
Mason A. Vaughan, Sr., Chairman Pulaski County
.Board of Supervisors
David L. Merrill, Supervisor
Charlie Linkous, Supervisor
Robert P. Whitman, Supervisor

The invocation was given by Councilman Boyd.
Mayor Ratcliff advised that the purpose of the call meeting was
to consider a legal matter, and that the Board of Supervisors had been
asked to meet with the Council and participate in the discussion. Mayor
Ratcliff expressed appreciation for the Board meeting with the Council
as well as using the facilities of the County for holding the meeting.
At 7:15 P. M. Councilmember Graham moved that Council go into an
Executive Session for the purpose of discussing a legal matter. Motion
SPECIAL
MEETING WITH was seconded by Councilmember Johnston, and carried.

SUPERVISORS At 7:50 P. M. Councilmember Graham moved that Council return to
Regular Session. Motion was seconded by Councilmember Boyd, and
EXECUTIVE
SESSION carried.
HELD
At 7:51 P. M, on motion of Councilmember Mitchell, seconded by
Councilmember Johnston, and carried, Council adjourned.
