Minutes of the Special meeting of the Pulaski Town Council
held November 17, 1981 at 4:00 P. M. in the Council Chambers in the
Municipal Building.
There were present: Mayor Raymond F. Ratcliffe, presiding.
Councilmembers: Pauline G. Mitchell,`Robert M. Wallace,
C. E. Boyd, Jr., Andrew L. Graham, Jr.,
Alma H. Holston, James M. Neblett, Jr.,
Glen K. Aust, John A. Johnston
Also present: H. R. Coake, Town Manager
Gladys R. Dalton, Clerk
SPECIAL Visitors: Dee Lindsey of the Southwest Times
MEETING TO Warren Cline and Tom McCann of Municipal Advisors of
TALK WITH Virginia Beach

ADVISORS, INC. The invocation was given by Councilman Graham.
REPRESENTATIVES
Mayor Ratcliff advised that the special meeting had been called
for the purpose of meeting with representatives of Municipal Advisors, Incl
concerning the Management Study, and any other business that may legally
come before the Council
WAIVER OF NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
We, the undersigned, duly elected members of the Council of the
Town of Pulaski, Virginia, hereby waive notice of a Special Meeting of said
Council at 4:00 P. M. on the 17th day of November, 1981, for the purpose of
meeting with representatives of Municipal Advisors, Inc., concerning the
Management Study, and any other business that may legally come before the
Council.

EXECUTIVE Councilman Neblett moved that Council go into Executive Session on
SESSION a legal matter. Motion was seconded by Councilman Boyd, and carried.
Council went into Executive Session at 4:10 P. M.
At 5:58 P. M. Council returned to Regular Session, and on motion
ADJOURNME of Councilman Boyd, seco~aaed by Councilmember Holston, and carried,
Council adjourned.
