Minutes of a Special Meeting of the Pulaski Town Council,
held July 2, 1980 at 5:00 P. M, in the Council Chambers in the
Municipal Building.
There were present: Mayor Raymond F. Ratcliffe, presiding.
Councilmembers: Andrew L, Graham, Jr., Alma H. Holston,
Robert M. Wallace, PaulineG. Mitchell,
John A. Johnston, Blair B. Brockmeyer
Absent: Councilmembers C. E. Boyd, Jr. & James M.Neblett, Jr.
Also present: H. R. Coake, Assistant Town Manager
Roger A. Williams, Treasurer
The invocation was given by Mayor Ratcliffe.
Mayor Ratcliffe advised that the special meeting had been
called for the purpose of considering a personnel matter.
WAIVER OF NOTICE OF SPECIAL FETING
We, the undersigned, duly elected members of the Council of the Town
of Pulaski, Virginia hereby waive notice of a Special meeting of said
Council at 5:00 PM on the 2nd day of July, 1980 for the purpose of di
a personnel matter.

At 5:15 P. M. Councilmember Johnston moved that Council go into
ESECUTIVE
SESSION ON Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter. Motion was seconded
PERSONNEL
MATTER by Councilmember Wallace, am d carried.
At 6:45 P. M. Councilmember Johnston moved that Council return
REGULAR to regular session. Motion was seconded by Councilmember Holston, and
SESSION
carried.
At 6:46 P. M. Mayor Ratcliffe declared Council to again be in
regular session and inquired if there was further business to come before
ADJOURNMENT
the Council. There being none, at 6:50 P. M. on motion of Councilmember
Brockmeyer, seconded by Councilmember Wallace, and carried, Council
adjourned.
