Minutes of a special meeting of the Pulaski Town Council
held June 9, 1977 at 7:00 A. M. in the Municipal Building.
Present: Mayor Raymond Ratcliff, presiding.
Councilmen: C. W. Hickam, Jr., Andrew L. Graham, Jr.,
John A. Johnston, William A. House,
Arthur L. Meadows, Blair B. Brockmeyer,
James M. Neblett
Also present: J. E. Marshall, Town Manager
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor, who stated
that the purpose of the meeting was to discuss salaries and personnel
of the Town employees.
Councilman C. W. Hickam, Jr. moved, seconded by Councilman

Johnston that J. E. Marshall be appointed Acting Clerk for this meet-
ing. Motion was carried.
Councilman House moved, seconded by Councilman Brockmeyer
that Council go into executive session to discuss salaries and personnel
of the Town employees. Motion was carried.
At 8:45 A. M. Councilman Neblett moved, seconded by
Councilman Hickam that Council return to regular session. Motion was
carried.
At 8:46 A. M. Mayor Ratcliff declared Council to again be in
regular session and inquired if there was other business to come bef ore
the Council.
Councilman House moved, seconded by Councilman Johnston
that Council schedule a special meeting of the Council for Monday, June
13, 1977 at 7:00 A. M. Motion was carried.
At 8;45 A. .M. Councilman Brockmeyer. moved, seconded by
Councilman House, that Council adjourn. .Motion was carried.
