Minutes of a special meeting of the Pulaski Town Council, held
June 13, 1977 at 7:00 A. M. in the Municipal Building.
There were present: Mayor Raymond F. Ratcliff, presiding.
Councilmen: Andrew L. Graham, Jr., Blair B. Brockmeyer,
William A. House, Bob J. Clark,
John A. Johnston, James M. Neblett
Also present: J. E. Marshall, Town Manager
R. A. Williams, Director of Finance
Visitors: J. R. Schrader, Southwest Times
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor and the invoca-
tion was given by Councilman Brockmeyer.
SPECIAL The Mayor stated that the purpose of the meeting was to dis-

cuss salaries and personnel of the Town.
Councilman House moved, seconded by Councilman Johnston, that
J. E. Marshall be appointed Acting Clerk of Council for this meeting.
The motion was carried.
At 7:05 A. M. Councilman House moved, seconded by Councilman
Clark, that Council go into an executive session to discuss salaries
and wages of the Town employees. Motion was carried.
At 7: 55 A. M. Councilman Johnston moved, seconded by Council=
man Neblett, that Council return to regular session. Motion was
carried.
At-7:56 A. M. Mayor Ratcliff declared that Council was again
in regular session and inquired if there was other business to
come bef ore the Council.
Councilman House moved, seconded by Councilman Graham, that
REGULAR Council change its regular scheduled meeting of June 21 to June 22

DATE CHANGE at 7:00 P. M. Upon a roll call vote, the motion was carried:

Blair B. Brockmeyer - aye Arthur L. Meadows - absent
John A. Johnston - aye James M. Neblett - aye
Councilman House moves, seconded by Councilman Graham, that
June 22, 1977 be scheduled to hold the public hearing on the
PUBLIC
HEARING Town of Pulaski's budget for the fiscal year 1977-78. Also,
JUNE 22nd
ON BUDGET that the proper advertising notices be placed in the newspaper.
Upon a roll call vote, motion was carried:

ADOPTION Council schedule a special Council meeting on June 30, 1977 at 7:00 P. M.
OF BUDGET
JUNE 30TH f or consideration of adoption of the 1977-78 fiscal year budget. Upon
a roll call.-vote, the above motion was carried:

At 8:05 A. M. Councilman Brockmeyer moved, seconded by
Councilman Graham, that Council adjourn. Motion was carried.
