Schrader, Southwest Time's Jane Graham, WPUV Radio Station PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED 1975- 76 BUDGET The invocation was given by Councilman Graham. Mayor Ratcliff welcomed the visitors and advised that., as had been advertised in the local newspaper and directed by the Town Council at their meeting of June 17th that a public hearing be held on the proposed budget for the fiscal year 1975-76, and Council would be glad to hear any one who wished to-speak wither for or against said proposed budget. No one spoke either for or against the proposed budget, and Councilman House moved that the proposed budget for 1975-76, together with appropriations therefor, be adopted; and that major capital outlays be approved by the Finance Committee bef ore such expenditures are made. .The motion was seconded by Councilman Brockmeyer, and carried on the following recorded vote: C.
