HOU."E TRAIT~'R T~) pointed out that the lot on which Mr. Collins wished to place the H~R'~^N ST„ trailer belongs to Mr. Thoma s Sadler, who is in desperate need. of funds, anal he plans to rent the space to Mr. Collins. After a discussion of this hardship case, Councilman Aust moved that the aoolieation be, approved. because it is a hardship case, and Mr. Collins allowed. to place the trailer on this particular lot.
