on Friday, March 16, 1962, at 9:00 a. m. in the Municipal office.
There were present: Mayor C. V. Jackson, presiding.
Councilmen: Eugene L. Nuckols, Bi11y B. Flint,
W. S. Cummings, T. J. McCarthy,
John W. Nash, F. L. Carrico,
Glen K. Aust, Claude B. Gallimore
Also present: Town Manager: T. B. Noland
Clerk: Gladys R. Dalton
Dir, of Public Works: H. C. Jackson
Mayor Jackson advised that the special meeting had been
called to consider the option granted to the Town by Miller Bushong
on the 9th day of February, 1962, and after a discussion of this
matter, on motion of Councilman Nuckols, seconded by Councilman
Gallimore, and carried on the following vote of Council,

TOWN TD Bushong that on Tuesday, March 20th, Council expects to formally
EXERCISE
OPTION TO exercise the option granted on the 9th day of February, 1962.
PURCHASE
