Circuit Court decision to the effect that the sale of town automobile
tags by towns under certain corditior_s is in violation of the
lath Amendment to the Constitution. The League suggested that
other towns concerned join. with the To~~~n cf'."s~hland in a~~pf-~aiin~
this case to the Supreme Court. On motion of ,7. A. Larson,
seconded by Glen =~. Aust, and carried unanimously by those
present, it was
