ADOPTION OF A MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF PULASKI,
THE TOWN OF DUBLIN AND PULASKI COUNTY
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia has considered the
health, safety and general welfare of its citizens and deems that a Mutual Aid
Agreement for the enforcement of laws across jurisdictional boundaries is consistent
with the best interest of its citizens;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED that the Mutual Aid Agreement between the
Town of Pulaski Police Department, the Town of Dublin Police Department and the
Pulaski County Sheriff's Office, attached hereto and expressly made a part hereof, is
hereby adopted and its execution expressly authorized.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 21St day of July
2009 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
follows:
David L. Clark -Absent Joel B. Burchett, Jr. -Aye
Larry G. Clevinger, II -Aye Robert A. Bopp -Aye
H.M. Kidd -Aye Morgan P. Welker -Aye
