A RESOLUTION APPOINTING REPRESENTATIVES
TO THE AGENCY ON AGING
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
citizens of the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various
committees and boards of the Town; and,
WHEREAS, various citizens have consented to serve as Town representatives to the
Agency on Aging;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 4th day of August 2009 that the following persons
are appointed to serve as town representatives to the Agency on Aging for the term
expiring on the date indicated as follows:
Betty Quesenberry Representative September 30, 2010
Pauline G. Mitchell Alternate September 30, 2010
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 4th day of August
2009 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
follows:

Larry G. Clevinger, II
H.M. Kidd
