RESOLUTION 2009-12
APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
THE HOUSING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the citizens of
the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various committees and boards
of the Town; and,
WHEREAS, various citizens have consented to serve on the Industrial Development Authority,
and the Housing Board of Adjustment and Appeals;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
sitting in regular session this 16nd day of June 2009 that the following persons are appointed to
the Housing Board of Adjustment and Appeals of the Town of Pulaski for the indicated terms
expiring on the dates as follows:
James Chitwood 4-year term June 16, 2013
Jamie Radcliffe 4-year term June 16, 2013
Bill Warden 3-year term June 16, 2012
FURTHER, that the following persons are appointed to the Industrial Development Authority to
complete the unexpired portion of the terms ending on the dates indicated as follows:
Rev. Mike Coleman August 21, 2010
Mike Waller September 2, 2012
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 16th day of June 2009 by
the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
David L. Clark -Aye
Larry G. Clevinger, II -Aye
H.M. Kidd -Aye
