RESOLUTION FOR APPOINTMENT TO THE CEMETERY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
citizens of the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various
committees and boards of the Town; and,
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Cemetery Board of Trustees that requires the
action of the Town Council to appoint a citizen representative to that body;
NOW, THEREFORE be it ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in session this 1 st day of December 2009, that Janet Johnston is hereby
reappointed to the Cemetery Board of Trustees of the Town of Pulaski Virginia for a
three (3) year term to expire on December 1, 2012.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 1st day of
December 2009 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia as follows:
David L. Clark -Aye Joel B. Burchett, Jr. -Aye
Larry G. Clevinger, II -Aye Robert A. Bopp -Aye
H.M. Kidd -Aye Morgan P. Welker -Aye
