A RESOLUTION NOMINATING DAN TALBERT, JR.
FOR APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
WHEREAS, §15.2-2308 of the Code of Virginia 1950, as amended requires that every
locality that has enacted a zoning ordinance establish a board of zoning appeals
composed of residents of the locality; and,
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
citizens of the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various
committees and boards of the Town;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED b~ the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session this 18t day of May 2010 that Dan Talbert, Jr. is
hereby nominated, before the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, for appointment to the
Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia to complete the term of
Thomas G. Powers which expires on December 31, 2012.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 18th day of May
2010 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
follows:
David L. Clark -Aye Joel B. Burchett, Jr. -Aye
Larry G. Clevinger, II -Aye Robert A. Bopp -Aye
H.M. Kidd -Aye Morgan P. Welker -Aye
