APPOINTMENT OF A BOARD MEMBER AND ALTERNATE
TO VIRGINIA'S FIRST REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL FACILITY AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
Town of Pulaski to be fully represented on the various regional committees and boards
of which the Town is a member; and,
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 20th day of April 2010 that the following persons
are appointed to the Virginia's First Regional Industrial Facility Authority board (VFRIA)
for the terms commencing and expiring on the dates indicated below:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 20th day of April
2010 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
follows:
