APPOINTMENT OF CHARLES WADE AND DIANE COLLINS
TO THE
PULASKI REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
citizens of the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various
committees and boards of the Town; and,
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 6th day of April 2010 that the following citizens are
appointed to the Pulaski Redevelopment and Housing Authority (PRHA) to complete the
terms expiring on the dates indicated below:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 6th day of April
2010 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
follows:
