APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO VARIOUS
AGENCIES, AUTHORITIES & BOARDS
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
citizens of the Town of Pulaski to maintain full representation on the various agencies,
authorities and boards of which the Town is a member; and,
WHEREAS, several persons have consented to serve as representatives of the Town
on the Agency on Aging, the Peppers Ferry Regional Wastewater Treatment Authority
(PFRWTA) and the Cemetery Trustees Board;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 5th day of October 2010 that the following persons
are appointed to the agencies, authorities and boards for the indicated terms as listed
below:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 5th day of October
2010 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
