A RESOLUTION NOMINATING DAVID L. EDNEV FOR
APPOINTMENT AS A REGULAR MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
WHEREAS, §15.2-2308 of the Coda oI Virginia 1950, as amendetl requires that every
locality that has enactetl a zoning ortlinance establish a board of zoning appeals
composetl of residents of the locality; antl,
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that tt is in the general interest o1 the
citizens of [he Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various
committees and boards of [he Town;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session this 31st day of January 2011 that David L. Edney is
hereby nominated, before the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, for appointment as a
regular member to the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia to serve
[he unexpiretl portion of the term of Phillip Madison ending on November 4, 2013.
This resolution is effective upon atloption antl is hereby adoptetl this 31st day of
January 2011 by the tluly recoMed vote of [he Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia as follows:
