A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
FOR THE TOWN OF PULASKI
WHEREAS, Section 6.05 of the Town Charter requires submission to the Town Council
of a five-year capital improvements program containing information necessary as
required by general law and permits revision and extension of the document each year
with regard to capital improvements; and,
WHEREAS, Section 6.07 of the Town Charter requires publishing a general summary of
the capital program and a notice stating the times and places where copies of the
program are available for public inspection and the times and dates for a public hearing
on the capital improvements program; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia conducted a duly noticed
public hearing on June 7, 2011 on the capital improvements program, wherein the
comments of the public were received as required by Section 6.07 of the Town Charter;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session this 21St day of June 2011, adopts as the Town's Five-
Year Capital Improvements Plan attached hereto and entitled Town of Pulaski, Virginia
Capital Improvements Plan FY 2011-2012 to FY 2015-2016 as Amended.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 21St day of June
2011, by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council as follows:
