APPOINTMENT OF JOSEPH K. GOODMAN
AS TOWN REPRESENTATIVE TO THE
VIRGINIA'S FIRST REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
citizens of the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various
committees and boards of the Town,
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 10th day of July 2012 that the following duly
elected Council Member is appointed as the Town's representative to the Virginia
Regional Industrial Facilities Authority (VFRIFA) for the term indicated below:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 10th day of July
2012 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
