RESOLUTION 2012-08
A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO JAMES T. "TIM" CLONTZ
FOR SERVICE TO THE TOWN OF PULASKI
WHEREAS, the Town Council and citizens of the Town of Pulaski wish to publicly
recognize and express their gratitude and thanks to citizens who have given of their
time and talent in service to the Town of Pulaski,
WHEREAS, Tim Clontz served as a member of the Planning Commission for a term of
service of eight years, from February 3, 2004 to his retirement from the Commission on
February 4, 2012; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Clontz was known and respected by his colleagues for his approach in
evaluating and examining all aspects of zoning issues he reviewed and especially for
his concern in balancing the application of zoning practices for the public interest with
the rights and desires of the citizens in the use and enjoyment of their property;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia
sitting in regular session this 2nd day of May 2012 that the Town Council extends its deepest
gratitude and thanks to Mr. James T. "Tim' Clontz for his eight years of service to the Town of
Pulaski as a member of the Planning Commission.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 2nd day of May 2012 by
the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
