APPOINTMENT OF A COUNCIL MEMBER
AS TOWN REPRESENTATIVE TO THE
NEW RIVER VALLEY PLANNING DISTRICT COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
citizens of the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various
committees and boards of the Town,
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 7th day of August 2012 that the following duly
elected Council Member is appointed as the Town's representative to the New River
Valley Planning District Commission (NRVPDC) for the term indicated below:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 7th day of August
2012 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
follows:

Gregory C. East -Absent Joseph K. Goodman -Aye
David L. Clark -Aye James A. Radcliffe -Aye
