A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
URBAN PROJECT CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT FOR THE
EAST MAIN STREET WIDENING PROJECT
PROJECT # 0099-125-106; UPC # 15838
WHEREAS, the Town Council has previously requested an Urban Construction Project
using funding from the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) for the East Main
Street widening.
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session this 7th day of August 2012, that the Town Council
does hereby authorize the Town Manager to execute the agreement, affixed hereto and
made expressly part of this resolution, entitled "Urban Project Construction Agreement".
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 7th day of August
2012 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of Pulaski, Virginia as follows:
