HomeMy WebLinkAbout2012-20RESOLUTION 2012 - 20 RESOLUTION PERMITTING LIMITED USE OF SUBSURFACE WATER BY LEWISGALE HOSPITAL -PULASKI WHEREAS, THE Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia, desires to provide for the health and safety of its residents and other consumers of health care at LewisGale Hospital -Pulaski, and to continue to protect the Town's water supply and distribution network, NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia sitting in session this 4~h day of September, 2012 that pursuant to Section 86-2 (g) of the Code of Ordinances of the Town, the Town does hereby adopt this Resolution permitting LewisGale Hospital -Pulaski limited use of subsurface water, upon the conditions contained in said Ordinance and on the condition that retention and storage of any subsurface water pursuant to this Resolution be limited to Five Thousand (5,000) gallons at any one time. This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 4`h day of September, 2012 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the town of Pulaski, Virginia as follows: Heather L.
