~~,,,._.~s of the Called Town Council meeting held November 13, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of
the Municipal Building.
Present were: Jeffrey S. Worrell, Mayor
Council: Gregory C. East, David L. Clark, H. M. Kidd, Joseph K. Goodman, James A. Radcliffe
Absent: Heather L. Steele
Staff: John Hawley, Town Manager
Patricia Cruise, Clerk of Council
Mayor Worrell called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
Following roll call, Mayor Worrell advised that Ordinance 2012-15, was before Council. He noted that this
completed action of Council.
Councilman Goodman moved to adopt Ordinance 2012-15, Amending the Zoning Regulations Regarding
Medical Clinics and Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Abuse Clinics. Councilman East seconded the
motion and carried on the following recorded vote:
Heather L. Steele -Absent
Gregory C. East -Aye
David L. Clark -Aye
H. M. Kidd -Aye
Joseph K. Goodman -Aye
James ARadcliffe -Aye
~ounCilman Goodman moved to adjourn, seconded by Councilman Clark and carried on voice vote.
