Train Station.

Mayor Worrell called the meeting to order.
Following roll call, Mayor Worrell advised that the meeting had been called to receive the report from David
Gall regarding the Redevelopment and Renewal Plan for the Community of Pulaski, Virginia.
John White provided an overview about David Gall and his history with the Town of Pulaski and the focus of
the Redevelopment and Renewal plan.
David Gall presented his plan to Council and the Board of Supervisors.
A question and answer session followed that included a focus on the need for an Aquatic and Fitness Center,
the need for an anchor entity that would be open long hours and discussion regarding a 501 c3.
The meeting adjourned at 7 pm on motion by Councilman Clark, seconded by Councilman Goodman and
carried on voice vote.
