APPOINTMENT OF THE TOWN'S REPRESENTATIVES
AND ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE
VIRGINIA'S FIRST REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
citizens of the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various
committees and boards of the Town,
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia sitting in regular session this 5th day of August 2014 that the following persons
are appointed as the Town's representatives and alternate to the Virginia's First
Regional Industrial Facilities Authority (VFRIFA) for the term indicated below:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 5th day of August
2014 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia as
follows:
