A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
FOR THE TOWN OF PULASKI
WHEREAS, Section 6.05 of the Town Charter requires submission to Town Council afive-
yearcapital improvements program containing information necessary as required by
general law and permits revision and extension of the document each year with regard to
capital improvements; and
WHEREAS, Section 6.07 of the Town Charter requires publishing a general summary of
the capital program and a notice stating the times and places where copies of the program
are available for public inspection and the times and dates for a public hearing on the
capital improvements program; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia conducted a duly noticed
public hearing on May 20, 2014 on the capital improvements program document titled "FY
2014-2015 Budget; Five-Year Capital Improvements Plan" wherein the comments of the
public were received as required by Section 6.07 of the Town Charter,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
sitting in regular session on June 3, 2014, adopts as the Town's Five Year Capital
Improvements Plan the document entitled "Town of Pulaski Virginia Capital Improvements
Plan FY 2014-2015 to FY 2018-2019 As Amended," attached hereto and expressly made
part of this resolution, as was presented to and accepted by the Town Council during the
public hearing held on May 20, 2014.
This resolution is effective upon adoption and is adopted this 3rd day of June 2014, by
recorded vote as follows:
