A RESOLUTION NOMINATING DANNY UNDERWOOD FOR
REAPPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
WHEREAS, §15.2-2308 of the Code of Virginia 1950, as amended requires that every
locality that has enacted a zoning ordinance establish a board of zoning appeals
composed of residents of the locality; and,
WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined that it is in the general interest of the
citizens of the Town of Pulaski to maintain a full membership roster of the various
committees and boards of the Town;
NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia, sitting in regular session this 5th day of November 2013 that the following
person is hereby nominated, before the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, for appointment
as a regular member to the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Pulaski, Virginia for
a five year term expiring on the dates as follows:

This resolution is effective upon adoption and is hereby adopted this 5th day of
November 2013 by the duly recorded vote of the Town Council of the Town of Pulaski,
Virginia as follows:

Gregory C. East -Aye Joseph K. Goodman -Aye
David L. Clark -Aye James A. Radcliffe -Aye
